DIY Winter Balm with essential oils – rich Salve for dry cracked skin.

Winter balm recipe - essentiallyloved.com

This hand salve is a hearty recipe. Great for severely cracked, dry skin. The frankincense and cinnamon in it are terrific essentials oils to nourish your skin so it can repair itself.

Our little guy has skin that was created for warm, tropical climates. Needless to say our weather in the PNW leaves him chapped year round, especially his hands and lips. This recipe has been an absolute life saver. So handy to just pack in my purse, or toss in his backpack so it is close on hand for frequent reapplication.
