On this Saint Patricks Day we wanted to offer you a little love. We have learned that Saint Patrick was not of Irish descent but was taken to Ireland as a slave. He was able to flee at one point and later returned to share his faith with the country who once held him captive. He used the Shamrock, or 3 leaf clover, as a tool to share the Trinity – Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Soon the people were proudly adorning clovers to show their faith to the rest of the world.
History is rich with people who essentially loved. People who had reason to become bitter, or grow cold, or even find revenge… but instead they chose to LOVE. Today is a wonderful day to reflect on that! What situations or people have taken your mind captive and numbed you to loving well?
